AMY MILLER:  Buyer Specialist
Amy joined the Helping You Home Team after working for the last 5 years as a social worker in the counseling field.  Interested in expanding her career, but wanting to continue to serve the community and help others, real estate seemed to be the perfect fit!  Amy is enthusiastic about helping each and every client. Her strong knowledge base, communication and problem-solving skills ensure that clients get the smoothest, most stress free service possible.  In her spare time, Amy likes spending time with friends and family, practicing ballet, skiing and traveling.

As Buyer Specialist, Amy is responsible for managing Buyer leads and consulting with Buyer clients. Amy also specializes in relocation & new home constructions and particularly enjoys working with 1st time buyers. With her eagerness and enthusiasm, she can give you all the support that is necessary to make one of the biggest decisions of your life a great experience.

 

CHRISTINE YOON:  Office Manager

Originally from Louisiana, Christine relocated to the Virginia/D.C. metro area in 1998.  Christine graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and also received her certification in LSU's Paralegal Studies Program as a paralegal.  Before joining the Helping You Home Team, Christine spent several years as a paralegal/legal assistant in various areas of law including commercial & residential real estate, international trade and personal injury. Shortly after joining the Helping You Home team in 2003 and Christine became certified as a Real Estate Professional Assistant.  In her spare time, Christine enjoys watching classic movies, reading, baking and spending time with friends.

 

As Transaction Coordinator, Christine is responsible for processing contracts and making sure all details are taken care of to ensure a smooth closing from start to finish. In addition, as Office Manager, Christine is responsible for the overall daily management of the office for the Helping You Home Team.

 

CHRISTINA CHONG:  Marketing Specialist

Christina was raised in Atlanta, GA, and moved up to Virginia in 2005.  She has a Piano Performance and Pedagogy degree and has been teaching for 10 years.  She is currently teaching at the Harmonia School of Music and Art in Oakton and Annandale in the afternoons and is enjoying her work with the Helping You Home Team during the day. She loves interracting with children and teaching them fun songs. She also enjoys playing "Speed Scrabble" and "Monopoly", tries to keep up with readings,  likes spending time  outdoors, organizing, cooking, and looking at houses.  She has always enjoyed drawing fun designs and graphic arts, and gained experience in designing fliers and newsletters for local organizations in Atlanta.  Being a marketing assistant with the Helping You Home Team has helped extend her creativity and fulfill her talents and interests.  She is excited about this opportunity to help people fulfill their dreams of owning their own homes.

 

As Marketing Specialist, Christina is responsible for overseeing the marketing efforts of Helping You Home & all listings including creating brochures, flyers & postcards.
